Affinity Wellness Program
Physical Exercise
Our caregivers are adept at helping seniors stay in physical shape with chair exercises, daily walks, and other activities designed to promote physical wellness.
Mental Exercise
Mental exercises help all aspects of cognitive functioning by improving cognitive functioning, reasoning, memory, and processing skills. According to scientists, many seniors can gain 12-14 years of “cognitive youth” by practicing mental exercises such as puzzles, word games, and other “brain challenges.”
Nutrition
Our caregivers help promote good nutrition which can boost immunity, keep weight in check, reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, bone loss, infectious disease, cancer, and high blood pressure. Coupled with daily exercise, a balanced diet helps seniors maintain independence.
Safety
Some seniors experience health issues such as decreased balance and lessened physical strength. These factors, coupled with a decline in vision and memory issues, place them at an increased risk level for falls and other injuries. Our caregivers watch for safety hazards in their homes that may prevent falls.
Emotional Health
Mental health is important at every stage of life, but especially as we age. Our caregivers help our seniors handle stress, and encourage making positive daily choices, which helps promote emotional health.
Social
Our specially trained caregivers help your loved one stay social. This provides a variety of benefits including preventing the onset of dementia and helping keep them sharp and mentally engaged.
Medical
Older adults are more vulnerable to illnesses due to a decreasing immune system. Regular medical care, and monitoring by a trained caregiver, can help identify risks and act preventatively.
Personal Care
Our trained caregivers understand that special attention may need to be given to dressing, grooming, bathing, and getting ready for the day or night. All of these activities are easily incorporated into a care plan.
Affinity Pathway Program

HOSPITAL TO HOME
Recovering after a short or lengthy hospital stay can have unique challenges, especially with regard to mobility, agility, strength, and stamina. Caregivers are able to assist with ADLs (activities of daily living) until you or your loved one are full recovered.

FACILITY CARE
Our caregivers will travel to assisted living facilities, independent communities, foster homes, rehab centers, and nursing homes to provide sitter services, care, and companionship.

SURGICAL CARE
Our compassionate caregivers specialize in assisting with a complete recovery from major surgery, orthopedic recovery, cardiac care, eye procedures, skin treatments, and plastic surgery.

MEMORY CARE
Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, and Dementia are some of the difficult circumstances that prevent our clients from caring for themselves independently. Our caregivers can assist with daily tasks such as mobility, medication reminders, eating (including meal prep), exercising, and personal care (grooming and bathing).

HOSPICE ASSISTANCE
Our compassionate, attentive, and highly-trained caregivers deliver support throughout the hospice experience including personal care, overnight care, comfort management, and a hand to hold. Our caregivers, and support staff, help individuals and their loved ones during this challenging time.
