Whether you’re just looking for a little help around the house, or you need a more comprehensive plan that includes 24/7 care, we can help you find what you’re looking for.

We specialize in non-medical home care for seniors, also known as private duty care—which means we provide one-on-one attention with our caregivers that’s tailored to your family’s needs.

Affinity Wellness Program

Physical Exercise

Our caregivers are adept at helping seniors stay in physical shape with chair exercises, daily walks, and other activities designed to promote physical wellness.

Mental Exercise

Our caregivers can help your loved one stay mentally active by helping them with brain-boosting exercises and interactive games.

NUTRITION AND MEAL PLANNING

Our caregivers can help with meal planning, preparation and grocery shopping to accommodate the specific dietary needs of our clients.

Safety

Senior citizens may suffer from physical ailments such as decreased balance or lessened muscle strength, which can lead to falls. Our caregivers keep a watchful eye on your loved one and look for safety hazards at their living space that may cause falls.

LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING

Light housekeeping services for seniors will keep your home looking and feeling clean, safe and comfortable. Our friendly, professional caregivers will help you with tasks that might be difficult, such as bending and lifting. We’ll also help with jobs that are just plain hard to do, like scrubbing floors or windows.

RESPITE CARE

If you are caring for someone with a health condition, disability or aging needs, we can help. Our caregivers will provide relief caregiving while you’re away. Your loved one will receive personal care and housekeeping services.

MEDICATION REMINDERS

Our trained caregivers can help clients follow treatment protocols by reading labels, opening containers, and reminding clients when it is time to take a dose.

Affinity Pathway Program

HOSPITAL TO HOME

Recovering after a short or lengthy hospital stay can have unique challenges, especially regarding mobility, agility, strength, and stamina. Our Caregivers can assist with ADLs (activities of daily living) until you or your loved one are fully recovered.

FACILITY CARE

Our caregivers will travel to assisted living facilities, independent communities, foster homes, rehab centers, and nursing homes to provide sitter services, care, and companionship.

SURGICAL CARE

Our compassionate caregivers specialize in assisting with a complete recovery from major surgery, orthopedic recovery, cardiac care, eye procedures, skin treatments, and plastic surgery.

MEMORY CARE

Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, and Dementia are some of the difficult circumstances that prevent our clients from caring for themselves independently. Our caregivers can assist with daily tasks such as mobility, medication reminders, eating (including meal prep), exercising, and personal care (grooming and bathing).

HOSPICE ASSISTANCE

Our compassionate, attentive, and highly-trained caregivers deliver support throughout the hospice experience including personal care, overnight care, comfort management, and a hand to hold. Our caregivers, and support staff, help individuals and their loved ones during this challenging time.

24/7 CARE

Our around-the-clock care system sets a schedule that is consistent, secure, and customized to each resident’s needs. A qualified Registered Nurse oversees the program and makes sure that all aspects of the plan are carried out thoroughly and correctly.

PERSONAL CARE

When you or your loved one are recovering from a long-term illness or hospital stay, you may need help bathing, grooming, and getting ready for the day. Our caregivers can help until you feel better and get your strength back.

CHRONIC ILLNESS CARE

Chronic illnesses are serious, long-lasting conditions that can limit a person’s ability to take care of himself or herself. Our trained caregivers and support staff can help people with chronic illnesses remain in their own homes for as long as possible by providing personal care, physical and medical support.
